A 1993 Yoga Works video of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series led by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, with senior students demonstrating. The class is filmed in classic style from the back of the room.
HN commenters suggest it as a free guided stretching routine, with the first half hour enough for a good stretch.

There are videos on YouTube converted from 90s DVDs which show classes filmed from the back of the room. This one from a rather famous yoga teacher, Pattabi Jois [VIDEO]
No problem. I am as well. I believe you need to include prior art with the re-examination request. I will be submitting yoga videos, at least from the 90s, such as ( [VIDEO] ) that certainly raise questions whether the patent is valid or not.
Try the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series [0] - you don't have to do the whole thing, just the first 30-35 mins gives a good stretch. [0] [VIDEO]
my advice is not universally applicable, sorry. i had a very strong mysore style ashtanga† practice in my 20s, that i at some point abandoned. i simply picked it up again, and it still took me close to a year to get my spine dynamic enough, get my muscules moving to arest and maybe revert some of the ossification? it's not visibly there at this point, but through close athletic observation i know it's not ever going to be 100%. i've complemented it with an occasional chiropractic adjustment and massage, but that's about it. i didn't start it exclusively for the purposes of fixing the hump, i realized that i'm getting old (in my 40s now) and that i will greatly regret slowly degrading into old age without having the experience of fit working body again. † [LINK] [LINK] [VIDEO]
