According to one of Wikipedia's founders, it's no longer a free and open platform. There are politically strategic topics where no arguments/edits are tolerated other than what fits the mainstream viewpoint. The owner of the question definitely wants to push things in a different direction than mainstream. [VIDEO]

This article talks about non-English Wikipedia sites, but it's worth noting that the co-founder of Wikipedia (the other one, not Jimmy Wales) no longer trusts the English site either. [1] [VIDEO]

Wikipedia is anything but neutral on political topics. Their political bias comes straight from the top with corrupt administration and disproportionate application of their own rules and guidelines. I suggest you watch this interview with Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger on why you shouldn't trust Wikipedia. [VIDEO]
