A one-minute clip showing an injury from a DJI Phantom 2 drone with stiff carbon fiber propellers. It is a warning about hobby drone safety.

Yea, here is a video about an injury caused by DJI Phantom 2 with carbon fiber blades (warning: some blood dripping): [VIDEO] Sure the propeller is not the original, but it shows that quadcopters can be dangerous in the wrong hands.
This is why we need regulation and rules: “They started jumping for it,” he said. “I started taunting them, bringing it down and then taking it up. They wouldn’t leave until their mom dragged them away.” If he was flying a Phantom with carbon propellers somebody could have gotten seriously hurt: [VIDEO] The current rules in Denmark (which I believe to be slightly too strict). * No flying within 150m of city areas * No flying within 150m of larger roads * Maximum flying height 100m * No flying above crowded areas (including vacation houses etc) * No flying within 5 km of airports * No flying within 8 km of military airports * No flying over specially protected areas (think wildlife preserves) * Special care must be taken not to endanger lives and property
Less dangerous than a car? Perhaps. Although I'd point out that we require licensure and insurance for cars, and the threat of life in prison if you injure anyone through neglect while operating a vehicle Baseball? No. These are injuries from 450mm sized quads.[1][2][3] warning some blood / injuries [1] [VIDEO] [2] [LINK] [3] [LINK]
