An SNL skit featuring Tom Brady in a mock workplace training video on sexual harassment, where the difference between welcome and unwelcome advances depends on who makes them. It is a satirical sketch.
Brought up humorously in threads about harassment and gender discrimination as satire that makes the point.

The difference between a confident stud, and a confident creep, illustrated (sometimes comedy is the best way to make a point): [VIDEO]
Whenever someone gets in trouble for sexual harassment, I like to find a picture of the perp. The funny thing is that you almost never see someone noticeably more attractive than average getting caught committing sexual harassment. And if you do, you find out that he's a serial harasser, with dozens of unreported past cases. SNL had some fun with this: [VIDEO] (moderately not safe for work, but no nudity). It's interesting to have a law that says, not "X is bad behavior," but "X is behavior that you can only get away with if other people like it." It would be like having a law that banned porn of ugly people.
Creepy is the ugly girl who stares at you, but the pretty one who does it isn't. Forgive me for quoting Saturday Night Live[1] here, but I guess this a successful implementation of this feature boils down to: - Be Handsome^W Usable - Be Attractive - Don't Be Unattractive Really, those are rules that apply to any feature on any website. Nobody likes useless features. [1] - [VIDEO]
In the suit, Pao alleges that she was sexually harrassed for years by Ajit Nazre, a former partner with the firm who left last year. The two took a business trip together in February 2006, the suit says, during which Nazre made sexual advances toward Pao and she rebuffed them, causing him to become “brusque and distant.” Nazre continued to pursue Pao and the two had a brief relationship, which she broke off soon after, according to the suit. "And the two had a brief relationship". Wait, so then it wasn't harassment? During that time I'm sure she thought his persistence had paid off. It is all too reminiscent of this satire: [VIDEO]
All of this could be avoided if guys would just follow the advice in this video: [VIDEO] 1. Be Handsome 2. Be Attractive 3. Don't Be Unattractive
