Seems very similar/identical to Magic Whiteboard - [LINK] - a UK product that was featured on the UK version of dragon's den - [VIDEO] - is Whiteyboard a completely separate company or have Magic Whiteboard not yet got a US patent?
Magic Whiteboard is pretty cool too: [LINK] It's basically a roll of big white sheets that stick to walls without adhesive. They're also erasable/reusable. Took off after appearing on Dragon's Den (a TV show where entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to investors): [VIDEO]
The folks at Magic Whiteboard in the UK have a good half way house product if you didn't fancy painting the walls: [LINK] They also do a clear version: [LINK] I remember seeing them on the BBC's Dragon's Den and winning over Deborah Meaden and Theo Paphitis: [VIDEO]
