The Explosions&Fire channel taste-tests the chloride salts of the alkali metals (lithium through cesium), plus some alkaline earth metals and ammonium. The presenter describes the flavors, and the results are more pleasant than expected.
It gets linked in threads about salt and taste as a quirky, memorable curiosity.

Why not limit your scope to just sodium and potassium? This guy tries all of the alkali metal salts! [VIDEO]
One of my favorite random youtube videos: [VIDEO] "What salt tastes the best? Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs and more"
Reminds me of this insane video (tasting chloride salts of Lithium, Sodium, Potassium, Rubidium, and Caesium): [VIDEO] FWIW no one has ever noticed my use of 50% NaCl/50% KCl mixture ("Lite Salt") in place of NaCl. I think when you actually put that mixture on food it would be almost impossible to notice the difference.
