A short clip of Steve Ballmer's famous sweaty chant of the word Developers, repeated over and over.
HN uses it purely as a joke, quoting the chant when threads discuss how much a company or platform depends on developers.

<sarcasm>Developers their best chance to stay in the game? Ballmer knew that a long time ago... [VIDEO] </sarcasm>
Nintendo needs to make it as easy to make and sell games on their hardware as it is for developers to make cell phone apps. Without that, their small exclusive library won't be able to compete with an army of developers making all types of games on iOS and Android. Developers not only make games, but they promote a platform by showing their friends their games/apps, and doing marketing to get sales. Anything that goes viral is great advertisement not only for the app/game, but also for the platform. Whoever controls the developers WINS. I thought Steve Ballmer also knew that, but his actions(or lack of action in Mobile) speak louder than repetitive words... [VIDEO]
Steve Ballmer could offer some valuable advice to Dick on what's actually important.[1] On a more serious note, am I the only one who suspects they're not satisfied with feed ads and want to drive more impressions on Twitter.com? -- [1] [VIDEO]
You jest, but as famously emphasized by Steve Ballmer [0], Microsoft was (is?) all about developers! [0] [VIDEO]
