Tiffany Fong's phone interview with Sam Bankman-Fried shortly after FTX filed for bankruptcy. He discusses the alleged backdoor, FTT collateral, political donations, and his legal position.

Sam is claiming he himself also donated to Republicans [VIDEO] His claim is he donated through dark money via Citizens United in order to avoid media attention for donating to Republicans. But I’m at the point where I believe nothing coming out of his mouth.
There's another part of the interview where SBF says he donated about the same to Democrats and Republicans, contrary to the public record. [VIDEO] He knew that Democrat donations would be treated favorably so those were made publicly, while Republican donations would get bad press. He made those in the dark because he still wanted to influence both parties.
"In interviews, he talked a stream of nonsense tailored to snowjob outsiders about an industry that's already full of jargon and complicated tech." He is still talking. For example, 16 Nov 2022 [VIDEO] (Sounds like he is in the bathtub.) 20 Nov 2022 [another to be published phone call with the YouTuber above] 30 Nov 2022 [LINK] [LINK] Internet discussion seems to center on criminal charges but there will be numerous civil suits first. Poetic justice would be if he has to ask his parents for money. Every time he opens his mouth, plaintiffs lawyers are listening. In the 16 Nov interview he reveals that he told his lawyers to "go fuck themselves". He said "I don't think they know what they are talking about" and "They only know what they're talking about in the extremely narrow domain of litigation." Maybe he should be put on a suicide watch if he isn't already. If I understand correctly, he will be on The Crypto Roundtable next. [LINK] He is booked to appear on Good Morning America next week. How many times can someone say "like" in 20 minutes. Listen to an SBF interview and find out.
Hold your horses sir. Both of those links cite the same not-reliable source: a comment [0] made by Sam Bankman-Fried in a conversation with crypto YouTuber Tiffany Fong. [0] [VIDEO]
From his interview with NYT on Nov. 14[1]: > Shortly before the interview, Mr. Bankman-Fried had posted a cryptic tweet: the word “What.” Then he had tweeted the letter H. Asked to explain, Mr. Bankman-Fried said he planned to post the letter A and then the letter P. “It’s going to be more than one word,” he said. “I’m making it up as I go.” > So he was planning a series of cryptic tweets? “Something like that.” > But why? “I don’t know,” he said. “I’m improvising. I think it’s time.” I think he's still winging it, and that he's taken it in a pretty weird direction. I think he's trying to pull off some sort of hail-mary. In the Tiffany Fong interview [2], it seemed like he was trying to manufacture popular support for a return to FTX. He had a story about how he shouldn't have filed for bankruptcy, how money came in immediately afterwards, and how "they" weren't letting him fix things at the company even though "they" knew he could. It was an odd yarn, but the only purpose for it I can imagine is trying to drum up a pressure campaign so he could be reinstalled as CEO. So I don't think he's exactly trying to stay out of jail, I think he's experimenting to try and figure out what might be possible and whether he can somehow come out on top. But that it's desperate and inept so it's just baffling from the outside and almost looks like he's trying to go to jail. But I do think he's doing it out of his own will. Hmm so "testimony" is a bit firm, maybe it's referring to something I haven't seen yet but I read that as referring to the backdoor: [VIDEO] If it is the backdoor, then to be honest his own statements on it make him look more guilty of it than anything else. Here's a transcript from that interview: Tiffany Fong: There was something about a backdoor that allowed you to execute commands that could alter the companies financial records without alerting others. That this was put in place, I think that was a Reuters article which made it seem like you secretly were moving money in the background. SBF: Wait and this is something that I would be doing? TF: It kind of said that SBF put like a secret backdoor so that secretly he was moving funds to Alameda and it was undetected and that this was something that you put into place potentially. I mean that's how it read SBF: Well that's interesting because that's definitely not true I don't even know how to code, is the honest embarrassing answer. I certainly wasn't, like, building some backdoor into the system, I could barely use the system. He then goes on to describe how he used the UI, but didn't work with the underlying system and dips into a "long and almost boring story" about a little oopsie where they were wrong about the size of Alameda's balances. At this point Tiffany seems to have been distracted enough to press him on the back door (presumably the Alameda "fuck up" confession seemed more interesting). I dunno, I feel like i
