A presentation by Janice Stanger arguing that protein is overhyped and that excess or the wrong kinds of protein are harmful. It promotes a whole-foods, plant-based diet.
A few commenters cite it as a starting point for the claim that excess protein is harmful, though the claims are one-sided advocacy.

Getting a cold is a great thing. Getting a fever is awesome too. The idea that people need to "treat" these events is ridiculous and only weakens one's body even more in the long run. Our bodies are very capable at healing themselves when not taxed with constant barrage of food intake, in particular acid-forming foods, protein, etc. Expand your knowledge beyond what mainstream medicine tells you.
