Well his actual “speech” there said why should the US stay in NATO when the EU is dependent on Russian energy and also directly funding the Russian economy. [VIDEO] Trump was not uniquely correct about this. Obama warned Europe about this same thing.
Not op. But in 2018 Trump did scold live on camera the German leaders for buying gas from Russia. "Germany is completely controlled by Russia". [VIDEO] NOTE: I mostly don't like Trump. But the "Russiagate" angle is ridiculous.
Yes, it is tiresome. There was this famous Trump video where he opposed NATO members on the question of Nordstream 2: [VIDEO] On social media it is spun as "the Germans laughed at him", when the person sitting in the middle opposite Trump is the Norwegian Jens Stoltenberg, NATO secretary and usually a willing US tool. It was all of Europe together.
