Cosmo's 22:38 Ocarina of Time speedrun, performed live at AGDQ 2013. The runner uses a complex exploit to skip much of the game.
HN commenters recommend it as a showcase of the deep reverse-engineering and glitch knowledge behind speedrunning, and cite it for the wrongwarp trick.

In case my server gets too sluggish, here's the important youtube link: [VIDEO] Basically there's a speedrunner who is technically adept at the game, is a good communicator, and explains as he plays a complex exploit that facilitates skipping a large part of the game
In a similar vein are videos from the speed-running community. Linked below is a video of an Ocarina Of Time speed-run where the guy explains a bit of what it's all about. The level of reverse-engineering is impressive. [VIDEO] But this is the first time I've heard of somebody hacking the game to highlight different aspects of the gamelplay, which is pretty cool.
Before that was the Ocarina Of Time wrongwarp trick [1] that became so ubiquitous in real-time runs that real-time and TAS are going head-to-head nowadays (The TAS times are actually slightly slower, due to including the title screen/outro sequence in their measurements). [1] [VIDEO]
