Tracy Young, a former construction engineer and cofounder of PlanGrid, speaks at the 2015 Y Combinator Female Founders Conference. She talks about building software for construction superintendents and about customer success.
HN recommends it as a strong founder talk that shows how formidable and practical Young is, with advice delivered through a beaver metaphor.

I lookup your list due to curiosity. So far I am on the third one, and I learned few thing from it: [VIDEO] #1 Y Combinator hosted a Female only founder conferences in the year of 2015. Where is the Male only founder conference? #2 She explain why her spirit animal is a beaver in the video 23:13. Later she explained how a small honey beaver can take down the lion king. The method is "run between it's leg, and bite it in its balls."
This is a big deal: this is by far the biggest acquisition of a YC startup with a female founder/CEO. If you want to get an idea of how formidable Tracy Young is, watch her talk at the 2015 Female Founders Conference: [VIDEO]
Tracy Young advising startup founders to be like beavers (extolling its virtues) is one of the best presentations I've seen: [VIDEO]
